Our Owner
Roy Swain - Owner and Manager, Earth Tech Industries, LLC
Roy is the sole owner and manager of a full-service Landscape Service Company. Roy provides on-going training, work flow analysis, quality control, conflict resolution and performance reviews. He has created and streamlined in-house job cost management systems to insure delivery of quality and timely services.
Roy has 25 + years of management experience, emphasizing a collaborative, and team style. He is adept at building and maintaining productive relationships with clients to further organizational goals. Roy demonstrated success utilizing persuasive skills, both oral and written.
Roy has built and maintained a large and loyal client base by providing personal attention and quality service. He assists property managers by maintaining outstanding property appearance with ongoing consideration of client costs.

Bobbie Jo Tarnecki, Director of Maintenance:
Bobbie Jo began her journey with Earth Tech Industries LLC in 2004. Bobbie Jo oversees the daily operations of seven Commercial Maintenance crews, Landscape crews and the Irrigation teams. Her duties include scheduling, job costing, bid creation, purchasing, and above all else Customer Service to thousands of clients.
